Preorder Policy

Expected Shipping Dates

 

All preorder shipping dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer. While we do our best to share accurate timelines, Blue Ridge Quilt Co. does not control when preorder items are produced or delivered to us.

 

Preorder items will ship to customers as soon as they are received by the shop. We may also maintain a dedicated page on our website with updated preorder information as it becomes available.

 

Blue Ridge Quilt Co. is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.

 

 

Fully Prepaid Preorders

 

For preorders paid in full at the time of purchase:

 

  • Your order will ship as soon as the item arrives in stock.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your preorder for any reason, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

 

 

Preorder Reservations (Reservation Fee Option)

 

Some preorders may be reserved with a small, non-refundable reservation fee instead of full payment upfront.

 

  • The reservation fee secures your item from our incoming stock and is applied toward the total cost of the preorder.

  • When the preorder item arrives in stock, an invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers have 7 days from the invoice date to pay the remaining balance.

  • Once the balance is paid, the order will ship promptly.

 

If the balance invoice is not paid within 7 days, and no extension has been requested:

 

  • The preorder reservation will be canceled.

  • The reservation fee will be forfeited.

  • The item may be released to a waitlist customer or returned to available inventory.

 

Reservation fees are non-refundable, except in the event that Blue Ridge Quilt Co. is unable to fulfill the order.

 

 

Shop-Initiated Cancellations

 

If, for any reason, Blue Ridge Quilt Co. is unable to fulfill a preorder (fully prepaid or reserved):

 

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Any payments or reservation fees will be fully refunded.

 

 

Taxes & Shipping

 

All applicable taxes and shipping charges apply to preorder purchases. Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping method selected at checkout or invoicing.
