We love supporting our local community, and we get a lot of requests for donations, sponsorships, and door prizes throughout the year, from quilt guilds, school groups, PTOs, nonprofits, and other local organizations. So that we can be fair and consistent (and keep enough in the budget to actually help), all requests go through the form below instead of email or social media.

A few things to know before you apply:

• We prioritize organizations and events within about 50 miles of Asheville, or that have a direct connection to BRQC customers or students.

• Please submit requests at least 6 weeks before your event. We can't accommodate last-minute asks.

• We review requests once a month and can only say yes to a limited number each quarter, so a "no" often just means budget, not lack of interest.

• We'll follow up by email either way, usually within 2 weeks of your submission.
