Quilt Intake Form

Due to an impending business move, Blue Ridge Quilt Co. is currently not accepting quilts for long arm quilting . If you would like for your quilt to be added to the quilting queue (to be quilted when we are up-and-running in the new space), please fill out the form below.

I'm sending my own batting (must be at least 4" larger than quilt top on each side)

(With the exception of Quilter's Dream Natural Cotton Deluxe, batting is sold by the linear inch, based on the width of the quilt plus five extra inches. Example: 50" x 65" inch quilt = 55 linear inches of batting.  Any extra batting will be returned to you. )

If this quilt is displayed publicly or published in any form (such as a quilt show, fair, magazine, website, or social media), I agree to credit Blue Ridge Quilt Co. as the quilter. I also grant permission for Blue Ridge Quilt Co. to photograph and share images of my quilt on their website or social media.
